How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. UK delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on courier and customs. Delivery estimates also appear at checkout for your address.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. If tracking hasn’t updated, allow 2 to 5 days from dispatch, then reach us via Contact.

What is your returns policy?

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
