Refund policy

30 days. Unused. Straightforward.

If an item isn’t right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You’ll need proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page. If the return is approved, we’ll send instructions. Items sent back without a request may not be accepted.

Damages and defects

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can put it right.

What we can’t take back

Gift cards and items that are used, washed, or returned after 30 days. Final-sale items, when marked on the product page, are also excluded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks can take a few extra days to show the credit.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
